Responsible for designing and facilitating transformation and the communication and mobilisation within the migration
phase. This is a recognized Business Analysis role where the focus lies on change management combined with engagement
management skills. The Business Transformation Consultant role is intended for a senior Business Analyst who regards
Engagement Management as his or her second capability and ideally holds an equal proficiency in that discipline. In
this role we expect to see a Business Transformation Consultant acting as a lead consultant for a major Business
Analysis engagement. The orientation of this Business Analysis role is on the Business Context level and the Business
Process level. Engagements where this role would typically fit are for instance a change program for product/service
replacement. There are two levels of proficiency: the Enterprise Business Transformation Consultant and the Global
Business Transformation Consultant. The distinction between the two levels is based on the years of experience, the
complexity of engagements both in transformation complexity and complexity of the client environment. Where the Global
Business Transformation Consultant is the higher level of proficiency. The Enterprise Business Analyst is considered to
be role of similar weight and stature as the Enterprise Business Transformation Consultant.
